The staff was incredible and courteous, offering excellent services. The location in Orlando was marvelous and incredible, close to other property's casual restaurants, parks, Disney Springs, and complimentary shuttles. Loved the Lake Buena Vista district.

Perfect and comfy location to all the major attractions. Suite for toddler to run around.

Beds were not very comfortable.

The venue was in a central location just off two parks per bus, Disney Springs and all the major attractions quick. Furthermore, to the Walt Disney World area. We got a room with a tub. A microwave, coffee/tea makers and a refrigerator were a huge plus.

Ordered breakfast, it was very expensive, it should be better, really.

Spacious and modern rooms with amazing views of the fireworks from here. Enjoy a delicious breakfast with fluffy waffles and made-to-order omelettes 🥞. Something for everyone's taste buds!

This place is perfect for a vacation with friendly and helpful staff in a great location near a private event and a lovely area.

Size of room and location.

There was a glass under the bed from the previous guest! The wireless was not free because we booked through Booked.net, even though we are honors members!! It would've been free of we'd booked directly through Hilton-give me a break! We are honors members for a reason!!

The breakfast here is great, with a variety of options including a make-your-own omelette station, hot dishes, and everything you could want.

It was very roomy

They took money out my checking account every day.....We ended up spending triple of what we was quoted they gave us our money back after 2 weeks and arguing with them for a week.. Also we had to cut our trip short because of this we was supposed to stay in Savannah for 2 days did not have the money and almost dis not have the money to eat coming home

This place is situated in a great, modern building in a superb location near Walt Disney World. 🏰

The hotel is spacious and has a fantastic location close to Disney Springs, just a short distance away in Orlando. the room was very clean and updated, offering plenty of space for the whole family. Enjoyed the heated pool and complimentary drinks at the outdoor bar.

Did not like paying to park my car at the hotel , I think there should not be a charge for parking.

The location here was awesome, super convenient! 🌟 The service was top-notch and the food was absolutely delicious. All the staffers were quick and really friendly.

Room was cold. Couldn't get heat fixed maintenance came two times didn't fix complained tried to get extra blankets. Never brought them. Even though they said bring right up Mgt no help
